Tucked away in the center of old residential Davidson we offer a brand new studio loft in its own private building, just a five minute walk to Davidson College, Main Street. shops, galleries, restaurants, and greenway.
The studio is located on a quiet lane, with the amenities of a first-class hotel including a luxury bed with cotton sheets, fluffy down comforter, down pillows; a 27 inch Sony stereo TV and DVD player, black-out window shades, thick wall-to-wall carpet, windows that open to the fresh air, whisper-quiet air conditioning, Gilcrest & Soames English soaps, and extra-thick bath towels.
The refrigerator will chill a bottle of wine or keep a pint of Ben & Jerry's (bought from their shop down the street), icy cold. Daily bottled water, sodas, snacks, and a selection of coffees and teas in the room are compliments of the house.
